Antique bathroom vanity cabinet 40" wide to be converted and refinished from this antique dresser. Vanities are our specialty! In converting, we preserve the "look" of the original antique piece, reinforce the frame to hold granite / marble tops and other alterations so it is bathroom ready and friendly. Top drawers are normally made faux and lower drawers converted to u-shaped interiors to fit around pipes. Depending on your sink size and style the 2 outer, top row drawers may be able to stay as drawers.

Conversion modifications for this piece also include:

1) removing and modifying the back to make it installation ready.

2) up to 8 pieces applied scrolly wood filigree. Your approval before affixing.

3) original antique hardware.

4) traced template of top frame for pre-ordering your top.

5) removing old wheels, and filling post holes.

6) Painting in 1 color and edge distressed.

Painting is by hand and brush. This takes time and we properly apply multiple coats of paint. We do not spray paint our finishes. Stock colors are our own blends (see named color choices in the drop-down list). Your custom 1 color, selected from your local hardware store is extra. Metallic colors and 2-tones are also extra, please ask.

SIZE: 33-3/4" high x 40" wide x 20" deep without the top. A little wider & deeper at bulbous part of legs.

The wood top will be removed and not included. Sink, faucets, plumbing and non-wood top are NOT included. Your contractor is the best person to provide for those on-site.

This dresser has a beautiful rounded hat box top that can be made into a great wall hanging cabinet. If interested please inquire for a quote. The hat box top is NOT included with this purchase. It will be removed unless sold as a highboy dresser for additional money.

15 years furniture shipping nationwide.

Our dressers are from the 1920's era. We select pieces with excellent craftsmanship, constructed from strong, old growth wood. All antique furniture have characteristic dents and dings here & there. We ensure there are no major faults. We use antique metal pulls and knobs, some with old patinas.
