This beautiful piece (with brown paint) pre-converted, available and ready to be painted for a truly unique bathroom vanity! It has fabulous detailing! It dates back to the 1920's and is all very well constructed from strong, old growth wood and with century-long durability unlike today's new cabinetry. The white vanity pictured is an example of another similar piece we finished. It serves as an example on just how great these look after our modifications, adding filigree and painting. They turn out gorgeous!
It is perfectly sized for a single vessel or drop in sink. Measures 44.75" w at leg bulb / 42" w at body x 33.75" h x 20" d at leg 19 d at body. The wood top has been removed and frame will be reinforced for a heavy top. We suggest using stone/marble/quartz, etc. that you'll secure at your end locally. Sink, top, faucets and plumbing are NOT included.

Includes 1 color paint. We paint by hand and by brush. The colors with specific names are our stock colors. Should you desire a custom color the additional charge is $60. A 2nd color and/or metallic paints are additional ... please inquire for a quote.
Conversion, modifications and other for this order also include:
1) remove and modify the back to make it installation ready.
2) original antique hardware.
3) shorten height, if needed.
4) mail a traced template of top frame for pre-ordering your top.
5) remove old wheels (if shown in pictures), and fill post holes.
6) Add wood scrolls to the front. 8 pieces are included. Additional provided at cost.
Add-on and modification charges, IF NEEDED* although this piece probably does not need any of these:
- Increased height $100 to $300
- Increase / decrease depth $100 to $20
- Shortened width $200
- Add cabinet storage and create doors from drawer fronts $400

The turn time will be about 3 weeks after your paint color is decided. Photos and updates will be provided. Once finished, final photos will be sent for your approval prior to shipping.
All antique furniture will have characteristic dents and dings here & there but we will ensure there are no major faults. We use original antique metal pulls and knobs with old patinas unless otherwise stated. As beautiful as this is in these photos ~ she is even more so in person!
